About the origin of the idea of shafodrags

The idea of shafodrags came about spontaneously in a sense, but not very much: for quite a long time there were reflections on the subject of the author's character's species. At the same time, the idea came to mind to try to combine anthropomorphic foxes, dragons and sharks. A potential concept caught my eye, and attempts were made to shape the idea - namely, attempts to generate an image of such a hybrid using neural networks. For quite a long time, the idea acquired details, and eventually acquired a lot of details and, as a result, such hybrids acquired their name - shafodrags: sharks + foxes + dragons. And the already formed idea formed the basis for the author's character. At the same time, the study of the history of the world in which the species lives has begun, and the study continues to this day.
